Because of the high volume of reservation requests, it might take a couple of days before we’re able to confirm reservations. Please bear with us!

When you make a reservation request, your reservation will be confirmed when you receive a confirmation email, text, or call from MWT volunteer staff.

About Welcome Table reservations

  • If you’re not able to make a reservation with this online form, you can text or call our reservation line (208-298-9020).

  • Having a confirmed reservation ahead of time will assure you a seat at the Welcome Table. Walk-ins are welcome, and will be served if seats are still available after guests with reservations have been seated.

  • Larger parties may be asked to split across several tables, in keeping with the Moscow Welcome Table mission of creating connections among community members. Meeting new people is one of the best parts of the dinner!

  • If you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, please text or call our reservation line (208-298-9020) at least 24 hours in advance so we can open those seats to other guests. That will help us serve as many people as possible, with as little waste as possible.

  • We always try to have a vegetarian entrée on the menu. While we cannot make accommodations for allergies or other dietary restrictions, your server will be able to answer questions about specific ingredients.
